Welcome to Iron Wolf Forge!

My name is Tim Rosenberg, and I’m the blacksmith behind this small crafting business based in Lancaster, PA. After over 20 years working in cyber security, I’m embarking on a new journey – following my passion for creating functional works of art out of metal, wood, and leather.

Iron Wolf Forge is my outlet to develop and hone my skills as a maker from the very start. This website will document the beginnings of my business and my path to becoming a journeyman knifemaker within the American Bladesmith Society.

You’ll get to follow along as I purchase tools and equipment, learn how to use them through trial and error, and create my first handforged knives and other crafts. I’ll share my experiments, mistakes, and triumphs along the way.

My vision is for Iron Wolf Forge to grow into a sustainable business crafting high quality, unique pieces that stand the test of time. Though I’m just starting out, I can’t wait to see where this maker’s journey takes me. It’s never too late to follow your creativity and get your hands dirty in the workshop!
